To make everything go as smoothly as possible, here are the things you’ll need to have ready during the different stages of your pool’s construction.
For the Quote
- What purpose is the pool to being built for? Kids, lap swimming, enhancement?
- What size, layout and placement did you have in mind?
- Do you have a copy of title or knowledge of covenants or easements affecting the property?
- Buy some pool magazines and highlight the aspects of any featured pools that appeals to you.
- You don’t need to know the answers … just consider them.
Post Contract
- All the required information we need to get your permit is covered in this application checklist.
- Please note, we undertake all costs and works in relation to the building permit application, but there are some items we will require from you (as only the customer has access to certain information – such as a copy of a Rates Notice and letter of appointment).
During Construction
- Ready access to site during normal working hours.
- Access to 240 volt power, mains water and other associated services.
- Prompt payments as invoiced and according to the payment schedule enclosed within the contract.
